PE and Sports Premium Funding 

What is the Sports Premium grant?
The government has provided additional funding for primary schools since 2013 in order to improve the provision of physical education and sport. This funding comes from the Departments for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport. 

The funding can only be spent on the provision of PE and sport in schools.  In turn, we are then held accountable for how we have used the additional funding to support pupil progress and participation in PE and school sport.

The school uses the PE and Sports Premium with the aim to secure improvements in the 5 indicators as detailed on the below attachment.
